Today was a good day. I slept well last night, so I wasn't tired when I woke up as I expected I might be. My schedule and surroundings were quiet, so I was able to spend focused time writing some papers I've needed to work on. I made enough progress on what needed to be done that I was able to spend some time reading without guilt. Now I am going to go to be at a reasonable hour. What more could I ask for?

This weekend was full of various social activity. I spent most of it with family and friends and I'm finding that I'm beginning to thrive in social situations when they involve those close to me. It was a most enjoyable weekend and worth any exhaustion that may catch up with me.
